If you know the right province for the parish you're looking for, click on "Parishes by province and county". If not, click on "Parishes listed alphabetically".
Note: All province and parish designations are based on the interwar period designations. This is because most Latvians who emigrated from Latvia did so during the Second World War, so if they were reporting their home parishes, this is the system they would have been familiar with.
