Jēkabpils county (Jēkabpils apriņķis) was one of the five counties of Zemgale in the interwar period.

It is bordered by Rīga county (Vidzeme province) in the north, Daugavpils county (Latgale province) in the east, Lithuania and Ilūkste county in the south and Bauska county in the west.
